Core Services
Target is a South Yorkshire based charity supporting clients across the region. We provide accommodation and support to vulnerable and homeless individuals, most specifically offenders, ex-offenders and those at risk of offending.
Target provides stable accommodation with support for those individuals who have difficulties sustaining a tenancy.Our intention is to support our clients towards independent living and a crime free lifestyle. We address the issues of resettlement and reintegration into the community and the problems of marginalisation and social exclusion along with attendant issues associated with the offending lifestyle.
Target deliver varying levels of support in accordance with the need identified. Individually tailored support plans developed to ensure the the specific needs of each client are fully met.
In addition Target offers a range of activities and education training and/or employment opportunities alongside supporting the development of independent living skills. Empowering our clients to achieve independence is our end goal.
